30 days, no questions
If something isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
How to return
- Email hello@maison-home.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Drop the parcel at any carrier location.
Returns are free on orders over $75. Below that, a flat $6.95 is deducted from the refund to cover the label.
Refunds
We refund to the original payment method within three business days of the parcel reaching our warehouse. Your bank may take a further two to five days to show it.
Exchanges
Easiest is to return the original and place a new order — that way you're not waiting on stock. If the piece you want is low, tell us and we'll hold one for you.
Faulty items
Anything that fails in normal use within two years is covered. Send a photo and a short description and we'll repair, replace or refund.
Not covered
Normal patina on wood, marble and unglazed ceramic; thermal shock damage to glass; and cast iron enamel chipped by impact.
