Delivery times
Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.
- Standard (3–5 business days) — $6.95, free on orders over $75
- Expedited (2 business days) — $14.95
- Overnight — $29.95, order by 12pm ET
Where we ship
All 50 US states, plus Canada. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may add one to two days. We don't currently ship to PO boxes for items over 10 lbs.
Tracking
You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us. If it hasn't moved for 48 hours, write to us and we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.
Packaging
Everything ships in recycled, plastic-free packaging. Ceramics and glass travel in moulded pulp inserts rather than foam.
Damaged in transit
It happens occasionally with stoneware and glass. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the broken piece.
