By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, where a price is listed in error, or where we suspect fraud.
3. Prices
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping page for detail.
6. Returns and cancellation
You may cancel and return an unused item within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page.
7. Product descriptions
Our products are made from natural materials and are photographed as accurately as we can manage. Colour, grain and glaze vary between pieces and between screens.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photography, copy, design — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes are subject to its courts.
